We need a news feed to see when an employee has added/deleted a booking.But of course when someone book through the website, the timing will remain strict, no overlap. I know it is following the rules we've set for online booking but we prefer when we book manually to have full control of the timing, even if it's overlapping with other clients as we will know how to manage it. Flexibility in booking timings : We never book a customer from the app as it will not give us the choice to select the desired timing.
